Never hired a fence company before? Here’s exactly what happens from your first call to the finished fence — so you know what to expect and what to prepare.

Step 1: Call or Send a Request

Call 437-922-9070 or fill in the quote form. Tell us roughly what you need — length, height, gates, wood or composite — and we’ll book a free visit.

Step 2: Free On-Site Measurement

We come to your home, measure the fence line, look at slopes, trees and access, and walk you through styles and heights. If you have a survey, have it ready — it helps us set the fence in the right place.

Step 3: A Clear, Itemized Quote

You get a written price, usually the same day. It lists length, height, gates and any extras. Wood fences start from $55 per linear foot installed. The price you sign is the price you pay.

Step 4: Locates and Scheduling

Once you approve, we book Ontario One Call locates so buried gas, hydro and cable lines are marked before we dig. Then we lock in your install date.

Step 5: Build Day

Our own crew arrives — no subcontractors. We dig, set the posts below the frost line, protect them at ground level, then install rails, boards and gates. We can install up to 150 ft of fence in a day, so most backyard fences take one to two days.

Step 6: Walk-Through and Payment

When we’re done, we walk the fence with you and clean up the site. There’s no deposit: you pay once the fence is finished and you’re happy with it. Every fence comes with our 5-year workmanship warranty.

How to Prepare

  • Find your survey or lot plan.
  • Talk to your neighbour about any shared section.
  • Clear plants, furniture and toys from along the fence line.
  • Make sure the crew can reach the backyard (gate or side yard access).

We work across the GTA and Niagara, including Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Welland and Thorold. See our recent projects.

FAQ

Do I need to be home on build day?

It helps to be there at the start to confirm the fence line, but you don’t need to stay all day.

What if it rains?

We reschedule digging in heavy rain to keep your yard and the posts in good shape, and let you know right away.

When do I pay?

Only when the fence is finished. We don’t take a deposit.
